We adore cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and sharing our culinary creations with friends and family. We appreciate slow food, organic farming and any food that tastes of its own integrity and where it came from - its terroir. Our cooking is mostly la cuisine de bonne femme - relatively simple and loaded with flavor. We put a contemporary spin on traditional French cuisine.

About Us
Based on our experiences and informal training both stateside and in Europe (including with Patricia Wells and Julia Child), we give classes to impart our love of and discoveries about flavorful, healthy food. Our goal is to teach, with easy techniques, how to prepare dishes which most people assume are difficult, but are not.
Our classes are given in our nationally publicized French country style kitchen, in our 300-year old house located in Hingham, Massachusetts, a half-hour South of Boston.
